Double-Triple Hickory Barbecue Sauce

Directions

  1. In large saucepan heat butter, add onion and garlic. Saute 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Strain.
  5. Store in a covered jar in refridgerator.
  6. This will keep for about 2-3 weeks.
  7. Makes 4 cups.
