Double Corn Mini Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package  corn muffin mix
  • 1  egg
  • 13 cup milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) can  creamed corn

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Grease 2 mini muffin tins.
  2. Pour muffin mix into a medum bowl and combine with remaining ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  3. Spoon 2 tablespoons batter into prepared muffin tins and bake 15 minutes.
