Double Chocolate Diabetic Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1⁄2 cup sugar, granulated
- 40 packets sugar substitute (1 packet = 1/4 tsp)
- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Cream butter, sugar and sugar substitute.
- Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
- In a separate bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder mix well.
- Slowly add to butter mixture, mix well.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Put spoonfuls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 7 minutes.
