Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 cups buttermilk
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 4 cups white bread flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast
- 1⁄2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Put all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in the bread maker.
- Measure exact.
- When the beeper goes off, at approximately 1 hour, add the chips.
- This recipe should be prepared with the sweet bread setting.
- It's really super warm with cream cheese.
