Double Chocolate and Cherry Cookies

These cookies combine white and semisweet chocolate chips with dried cherries and walnuts. YUMMY!!!

  1. Preheat Oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl, beat butter with electric mixer on medium high speed for 30 seconds. Add sugars, baking soda, and salt; beat until combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  2. Beat in as much flour as you can with mixer. Stir in any remaining flour. Stir in dried cherries, walnuts, semisweet chocolate chips, and white baking chips(dough will be stiff).
  3. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until golden. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute. Transfer to wire rack; cool.
