Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 1⁄2 cup celery, sliced
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup gouda cheese, shredded
- salt, pepper
- 5 drops hot sauce
- chives (to garnish)
Directions
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Add onion and celery, stir to soften.
- Add flour, to thicken.
- Slowly whisk in milk until smooth.
- Bring to a simmer.
- Add cheeses stirring until blended.
- Add salt& pepper to taste and garnish with chives.
