Dorene's Marinade

Another great recipe from my neighbor. I usually use this for my steaks but it tastes great with chicken as well.

• Ready In: 4 hrs 10 mins
• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 1  cup  oil
• 2  tablespoons vinegar
• 1  teaspoon ground ginger
• 1 -2  clove garlic, minced
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 2⁄3 cup soya sauce
• 2  tablespoons honey

Directions

1. Mix ingredients.
2. Pour over meat and refridgerate at least 4 hours.
3. I marinade mine over night.
4. Remove meat from marinade before cooking.
