Yields: 1 pot of stock
Ingredients
- 1 turkey carcass, practically picked clean
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 onions, peeled and quartered
- 2 carrots
- 1 sprig thyme
Directions
- Toss everything into a large stock pot.
- Add enough water to cover.
- Bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer.
- Simmer for 1 hour.
- Strain.
