  1. In heavy saucepan over med-low heat add jalapeno jelly with vinegar, honey and sugar stir until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Remove from stove.
  3. Add everything else mixing thoroughly.
  4. Let mixture sit for 1 hour to meld flavors.
  5. Can be made several days ahead and refrigerated.
  6. Raisins will plump up.
  7. Allow to come to room temperature or heat to serve.
