Dom Deluise's Beer Bread

A super fast beer bread that is tasty and simple. From his cookbook: Eat This. . .It'll make you feel better!

• Yields: 1 loaf

Ingredients

• 1  cup self rising flour
• 1  cup whole wheat flour
• 1⁄2 cup  bran flakes (cereal)
• 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
• 1 (12 ounce) can beer
• 2  tablespoons sugar

Directions

1. Mix together all ingredients and pour into a greased loaf pan. Do not overmix.
2. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour.
