Dogs With Avocado & Chips

Yields: 8 hot dogs
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 8 all beef hot dogs, grilled
- 8 hot dog buns
- 1 small white onion, cut into slivers
- 2 ripe roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup crushed regular potato chips
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- In bowl mash together avocados, lime juice, salt and pepper. Cover surface with plastic wrap; refrigerate.
- Top grilled hot dogs with avocado mixture, slivered onions, tomatoes and crushed potato chips.
