Doggie Peanut Butter Carrot Cake

Great for a doggie pawty!

• Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

• 1  cup flour
• 1  teaspoon baking soda
• 1⁄4 cup peanut butter
• 1⁄4 cup  vegetable oil
• 1  cup carrot, shredded
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1⁄3 cup honey
• 1  egg

Directions

1. Mix flour and baking soda.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Pour into greased 8" round cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
4. Let cool.
5. Frosting ideas: cream cheese, peanut butter, yogurt, Neufchatel cheese or cottage cheese. Stiffen icing with meringue powder, which is basically powdered egg whites.
