Dk's Enchilada Sauce

Super easy sauce that MAKES the enchiladas! This sauce even makes frozen burritos a treat!

• Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons  diced onions
• 1 -2  teaspoon garlic
• 2  tablespoons  oil
• 1  tablespoon flour
• 2  teaspoons chili powder
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 15  ounces  petite diced tomatoes

Directions

1. Saute onions and garlic in oil.
2. Add salt, chili powder and flour to make a paste.
3. Stir in tomatoes with juice.
4. Simmer 5-10 minutes.
