A more healthy option and the great base for Museli Bars

Yields: 10 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 500  g rolled oats
  • 1  cup  shredded coconut
  • 1  cup sunflower seeds
  • 1  cup  pumpkin seeds
  • 12 cup  slivered almonds
  • 12 cup  sunflower oil
  • 12 cup honey
  • 2  cups  dried fruit

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 oC.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in your oven dish.
  3. Gently heat the honey and oil until runny.
  4. Mix oil and honey into dry ingredienst and bake.
  5. Check and turn about every 10 minutes.
  6. Total baking time 30 - 40 minutes, or until golden.
  7. Cool then add the dried fruit (craisins, raisins, apple, apricots, banana etc).
  8. When cool put in an airtight container.
