Ingredients
- 500 g rolled oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1⁄2 cup slivered almonds
- 1⁄2 cup sunflower oil
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 2 cups dried fruit
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 oC.
- Mix dry ingredients together in your oven dish.
- Gently heat the honey and oil until runny.
- Mix oil and honey into dry ingredienst and bake.
- Check and turn about every 10 minutes.
- Total baking time 30 - 40 minutes, or until golden.
- Cool then add the dried fruit (craisins, raisins, apple, apricots, banana etc).
- When cool put in an airtight container.
