Divinity Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce) package  lemon Jell-O gelatin
  • 12 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1  cup  cream, whipped
  • 2  tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2  tablespoons sugar
  • 1  cup cottage cheese
  • 1  cup  pineapple juice

Directions

  1. Disolve jello and sugar in 1/2 cup boiling water. Cool.
  2. Add pecans, cottage cheese and pineapple juice.
  3. When almost set, add whipped cream and mayonaise.
