Diva Diabetic's Peach Parfait

Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt, with no sugar added
- 2 large fresh peaches, sliced thin
- 1⁄2 cup toasted almond
- 1 orange
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Grate the rind and squeeze the juice of orange into the yogurt, and stir in cinnamon. In 4 regular short glasses or martini glass, place alternate layers of peaches, yogurt and, almonds. Serve cold.
