Dirty Rice and Shrimp

Directions

  1. Saute celery and potatoes on medium heat.
  2. cook rice as instructions say.
  3. If necessary de-shell or devein and/or thaw the shrimp.
  4. Add in cherry tomatoes, beef, white wine and salt and pepper into celery and potatoes.
  5. Once wine has been absorbed add shrimp and garlic, turn down heat.
  6. As they cook add chili powder and creole sesoning.
  7. Now, as the rice is done add it to the mix.
  8. Stir and add salt and pepper as appropriate.
