Dilly Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄3 cup cider vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons dried chives
- black pepper
Directions
- In a blender combine ¼ cup olive oil and the remaining ingredients.
- Run the blender at low speed, lift lid and slowly pour in the remaining olive oil.
- Return lid to blender and run at high speed for 1 minute.
- This will thicken when refrigerated; allow to warm at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
