Dilly Salmon Cheese Spread

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (reg or light)
- 1 (6 ounce) can salmon, drained & mashed
- 1 tablespoon dill seasoning (for popcorn)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1⁄2 cup finely grated aged cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions
- Cream together cream cheese, salmon, cheddar and seasonings until well blended.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
- Keeps well in refrigerator.
- Serve in a nice bowl for spreading, or stuff into halved mini pitas.
- Serving possibilities are endless! Use your imagination!
