Dilly Roll Dish

A recipe that I found in an old church recipe book that belonged to my mother. I haven't tried yet.

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and
  2. combine with warm cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda and egg in large bowl.
  3. Add flour to cottage cheese mixture.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Let rise until double in size.
  6. Place in 2 qt casserole.
  7. Allow to rise in same dish.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
  9. Spread with butter when done baking.
