Dilly Roll Dish

Ingredients
- 1 (1/4ounce) package yeast
- 1⁄4 cup warm water
- 1 cup cottage cheese (warm)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons dill seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg, unbeaten
- 2 1⁄4-2 1⁄2 cups flour
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and
- combine with warm cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda and egg in large bowl.
- Add flour to cottage cheese mixture.
- Mix well.
- Let rise until double in size.
- Place in 2 qt casserole.
- Allow to rise in same dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
- Spread with butter when done baking.
