Dilled Tortilla Roll

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup fat free cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh herb (cilantro, basil, rosemary, and thyme)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 fat free burrito size flour tortilla
- 2 radicchio, leaves
- 1⁄3 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons seeded cucumbers, diced
- 1⁄2 small tomatoes, diced
Directions
- Mix light cream cheese with dill, herbs, seasoning, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on flour tortilla; top with radicchio leaves, sprinkle with lettuce, cucumber, and tomato. Roll tortilla burrito-style and fasten with two toothpicks. Cut in half.
- Serve with 1/4 cup cucumber dill dressing for dipping and 1/4 a cantaloupe.
