Dilled Shrimp

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 -2 teaspoon salt
- 4 sprigs fresh dill
- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1⁄2 lemon, sliced
Directions
- Bring 1 quart water to a boil with salt and dill.
- Lower heat, add shrimp and let simmer 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add lemon and let shrimp cool without draining.
- When cool, pour off liquid and chill shrimp in refrigerator.
