Dilled Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄3 cup warm water
- 1⁄2 cup tarragon vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons minced fresh dill
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
Directions
- Steam green beans until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Transfer to a bowl.
- Dissolve sugar in warm water. Whisk with remaining ingredients and toss with the green beans. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
