Dilled Carrots

Ingredients
- 6 -8 medium carrots
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 1⁄2 cups chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey or 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1⁄4 cup fresh dill
Directions
- Peel and split the carrots.
- Place balance of ingredients in a medium pot and bring to a boil.
- Add carrots and cook until still firm but not crisp.
- Drain and serve.
