Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons arrowroot
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 pint sour cream
Directions
- Melt butter, add arrowroot. Stir until smooth. Add beef broth and boil until creamy. Add dill weed, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Remove from heat. Beat egg with sour cream. Add to sauce; heat, serve over bread or potato dumplings.
