Dill Pesto Sauce

A quick and easy pesto-type sauce. This is really good with salmon.

• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons  crushed walnuts
• 2 -3  minced garlic cloves
• 1  tablespoon dried dill
• 2  tablespoons  grated parmesan cheese (Do NOT use the stuff that comes in the green can)
• 2  tablespoons water
• 1  tablespoon lemon juice
• 2  tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
•  salt and pepper

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend till smooth.
2. Chill.
