Dill Cucumber Dip

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup grated English cucumber
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground pepper
Directions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1 day before serving.
- Variation: use mint in place of dill.
