  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. In small bowl wisk together buter, mustard and honey. Set aside.
  3. In small bowl mix together bread crumbs, pecans and parsely.
  4. Spray pan with Pam and place salmon fillets in pan.
  5. Brush both sides of salmon lightly with honey mustard mixture.
  6. Sprinkle tops of fillets with bread crumb pecan mixutre.
  7. Bake 15 minutes or until fillets flake easily with fork.
