Dijon Rosemary Marinade

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 (2 ounce) envelope herb with garlic soup mix (Lipton)
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 tablespoon dried rosemary)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- In a small glass bowl, whisk the ingredients together until well blended.
- Use immediately or pour into an airtight container, cover tightly, and keep in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
