Dijon Pork Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons nonfat mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 4 kaiser rolls, split
Directions
- Combine the pork, mustard, mayonnaise, onion, pepper and salt. Shape into 4 burgers.
- Preheat the grill and spray with cooking spray.
- Grill the patties for 7-8 minutes or until fully cooked. Serve on Kaiser rolls.
