Dijon Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- 12 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half, yolks removed
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Place yolks in a bowl and mash with fork or potato masher.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- spoon or pipe filling into eggs.
- top with fresh dill or chives and put in air tight container.
- chill in fridge at least 3 hours before service.
