Dijon Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1⁄4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Directions
- Place salmon fillets on an oiled baking sheet.
- Spread dijon mustard generously over the tops of the fillets.
- Top with seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350 for about 25 to 30 minutes depending on the thickness of the filllets.
- Serve with wild rice and steamed broccoli.
