Diet Seafood Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) package diet lemon gelatin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon green onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup flaked crabmeat or 1⁄2 cup shrimp
- 1 tablespoon celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin and salt in hot water.
- Add vinegar and chill til slightly thick.
- Add shrimp and vegetables.
- Divide into moulds. Chill til firm.
