Diane's Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 dash dry mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except flour and paprika.
- Shape into 1 1/2"- 2" balls.
- Heat oil in skillet and add meatballs.
- Brown meatballs on all sides, remove from pan and set aside.
- Add flour to drippings and brown to your liking, add enough water to make gravy of desired consistency.
- Add meatballs to gravy and simmer until done.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
