Diabetic Peanut Butter Candy

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened dried shredded coconut
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄3 cup raisins
- 10 teaspoons artificial sweetener
Directions
- Spread coconut on a cookie sheet.
- Bake 5-10 mins til toasted, stirring several times.
- Cool.
- Mix peanut butter, raisins and artificial sweetener.
- Form into one inch balls.
- Roll in toasted coconut.
- Chill.
