Diabetic Creamy Italian Dressing

I start with Mock Sour Cream #39350 . Thanks Sharon123 for allowing me to use your recipe as my base, it's my all-time favorite! Homemade dressing is always fresh and this one is delicious,easy, and healthy!

• Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  mock sour cream
• 1⁄8 tablespoon basil, crushed
• 1⁄8 teaspoon oregano
• 1⁄8 teaspoon  garlic salt
• 1⁄4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1  tablespoon cider vinegar
• 2  tablespoons water
• 1⁄8 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Place ingredients in small container. Mix well. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight.
2. Use this in any recipe calling for creamy Italian dressing like Roman Meat Loaf #455323 or on sandwiches or salads.
