  1. In small saucepan, soften gelatin in water.
  2. Stir over low heat til gelatin dissolves completely.
  3. In mixing bowl, beat cocoa, vanilla and cream til stiff peaks form.
  4. Add artificial sweetener and liquid gelatin and beat til well blended.
  5. chill thoroughly before serving.
