Devonshire Cream

This is a yummy cream that is very tasty on scones and just grand to serve at a tea party. This will only keep for about 4 hours in the refrigerator, so make it just prior to serving. It won't spoil but might get watery as whipped cream sometimes does after it sits a while.

• Yields: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

• 1  cup  whipping cream
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 2  teaspoons confectioners' sugar

Directions

1. Whip the cream till you have soft peaks.
2. Blend in the sour cream and confectioners sugar.
3. Mix well.
4. Chill and serve.
5. Will only keep 4 hours in refrigerator.
