Deviled Eggs

This recipe is from a cousin of mine who has passed away. This is a very good recipe for eggs.

Ready In: 10 mins

Serves: 6

Yields: 12 eggs

Ingredients

  • 6  hard-boiled eggs
  • 1  tablespoon  sweet pickle relish
  • 1  teaspoon pimiento, chopped fine
  • 1  teaspoon  French dressing
  • 1  tablespoon mayonnaise, more if yolks are large

Directions

  1. Cut eggs in halves; set whites aside.
  2. Remove yolks and mash with a fork.
  3. Mix with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Stuff egg white halves and refrigerate.
  6. Times does not include boiling eggs.
