Ingredients
- 8 eggs (hard-boiled)
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pickle, chopped
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 1 dash paprika
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- chives
Directions
- Puree the eggs with the mayonnaise, pickle, mustard, hot sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Top with chives.
