  1. Boil and cube potatoes.
  2. Fry Bacon Strips and cut/crumble into potatoes.
  3. Combine: Eggs (Crumbled), Onion, Celery, Parsley, Sugar, Vinegar, Water, Salt, Pepper Pour off part of bacon fat and stir in Egg mixture in pan for 10 minutes then pour over potatoes.
  4. Toss/Mix.
