Dessert Tortillas With Caramel

Ingredients
- 6 flour tortillas, cut in quarters (6-inch size)
- cooking oil, for frying
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 18 caramels
- 1⁄4 cup pure unsweetened orange juice
Directions
- Fry tortillas in 3/4" hot oil until crisp and golden, turning once; drain. Toss with combined sugar and cinnamon. Melt caramels and orange juice over low heat, stirring until smooth. Serve with tortillas. Microwave: Microwave caramels and juice in a 2- cup measuring cup or 1 quart bowl on high for 1 1/2 minutes; stir. Return to microwave for 1 minute or until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
