Depot Coffee House Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup Crisco
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 (12 ounce) package butterscotch chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat together: Crisco, brown sugar.
- Add eggs, molasses, milk, salt, baking soda, baking powder.
- Add whole wheat flour.
- Add rolled oats.
- Mix in butterscotch chips by hand.
- Bake about 12 minutes (depending on your oven).
