Den's Taco Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups uncooked macaroni
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon ketchup (I use more)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook macaroni.
- Saute onions and celery in a tablespoon of butter,then add ground beef and cook until browned;drain off fat.
- Stir in spices.
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl or the pan you cooked the meat in.
- Combine cheddar cheese while the pasta is still warm,reserving enough cheese to sprinkle on the top to melt.
- Spoon into a greased casserole dish and top with reserved cheese.
- Bake for about 45 minutes.
- Serves 4.
