Delicious Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2-3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg
Filling options
- feta
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1⁄2 cup dill, chopped
- potato
- 2 potatoes, baked
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- beef
- 1⁄4 lb ground beef, half way cooked
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄4 cup crushed tomatoes
Topping
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons nigella seeds (Black seed)
Directions
- Combine 1 cup flour, sugar, yeast and salt.
- Heat water and milk until butter melts.
- Stir into flour mixture.
- Stir in egg and remaining flour to make soft dough.
- Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
- cover; let rest 10 minutes.
- Roll dough to 14x10 inch rectangles. Cut into 8 pieces.
- Spoon enough filling into each piece.
- Bring up sides to enclose filling, pinching seam and ends to seal.
- Cover; let rise for 30-45 minutes.
- In a small bowl, beat together egg and water; brush onto top of dough. Sprinkle with nigella.
- Bake at 375F for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
