Delicious Mustard and Garlic Marinade

This marinade is unbelievably good and is a welcome addition to pork, chicken or beef. Takes just minutes to whip up, but recommended to soak the meat in the marinade overnight.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  balsamic vinegar
• 2  tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 2  garlic cloves, chopped
• 2  tablespoons  chopped fresh rosemary

Directions

1. Mix all of the ingredients in a gallon size Ziploc bag. Add meat, seal bag and shake well. Let marinade overnight.
