Delicious Fruit Whip

This is a light delicious fruit whip salad that goes over well at gatherings. I use the lowest calorie/fat whipped topping I can find and sugarfree pudding and pineapple in it's own juice (no sugar added). Cooking time is for chilling. Show more

Directions

  1. Peel, core and chop apples & place in large bowl.
  2. Clean strawberries, remove stems and cut in pieces about the same size as apple pieces and add to bowl with apples.
  3. Add crushed pineapple (do not drain) and pudding (dry) to bowl. Mix together.
  4. Fold in whipped topping.
  5. Refrigerate at least an hour. Serve.
