Delicious Fruit Breakfast "burger"

Ingredients
- 1 strawberry bagel (or any fruit bagel)
- 1⁄2 a mango
- margarine (optional)
- cream cheese (optional)
- jam (optional)
Directions
- slice bagel in half (if not already sliced) and place in toaster, until desired "crunchiness".
- peel and cut a mango in half, be careful of the seed, I have a mango slicer which makes the job easier.
- when the bagel is done toasting add desired toppings, and then place 1/2 of the mango on top of the toppings.
- top with the other half of the bagel.
- ENJOY!
