Delicious Corn Souffle

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 (1 lb) can creamed corn
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
Directions
- Beat eggs until foamy. Beat in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
