Delicious Corn Souffle

Creamy and delicious. Great to take to holiday dinners, barbecues, etc. This can be doubled successfully.

Ingredients

• 2  eggs
• 2  tablespoons cornstarch
• 2  tablespoons sugar
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
• 1  pinch ground nutmeg
• 1 (1 lb) can  creamed corn
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 1⁄2 cup heavy cream

Directions

1. Beat eggs until foamy. Beat in remaining ingredients.
2. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
3. Bake in 400 degree oven for 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
