Delicious Chicken Curry

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, skinned and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, pound
- 1 onion, cubed
- 1⁄8 ginger, sliced
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 carrot, cubed
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon curry powder (I made mine 2 for a more stronger taste)
- 1 chicken bouillon (optional)
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- 1. Heat the pan.
- 2. Put oil, saute garlic, onion and ginger
- 3. In the same pan, stir fry the chicken cube until pink is gone.
- 4. Add curry powder.
- 5. Put water and let boil. Add chicken bullion (if using).
- 6. Cover and simmer until chicken is tender.
- 7. Add potatoes and carrots til cooked.
- 8. Adjust taste with salt and pepper.
- 9. Add milk, don't let it boil.
- 10. Then add bell pepper and turn the heat.
